**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Welder to assemble and weld generator housing units for the data and healthcare industries. This role involves welding structures and gas tanks, operating press brakes, and moving materials. You will be responsible for assembling materials and executing precise welds.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and weld generator housing units.

+ Perform welding on structures and gas tanks.

+ Operate press brakes and manage material movement.

+ Execute precise welds using flux core and solid wire MIG welding on Carbon Steel.

+ Square up and level materials, ensuring consistent bead without breaks.

+ Follow welding drawings and blueprints accurately.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in MIG welding, flux core, and solid wire techniques.

+ Ability to perform vertical up and flat weld using flux core and solid wire.

+ Skill in reading welding drawings and blueprints.

+ Competency in using tape measures, triangles, and levels.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ UL12 Certification is preferred.

+ Experience with press brakes and die pens.

+ Strong soft skills including communication and work ethic.

**Work Environment**

Work in an industrial setting both indoors and outdoors. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Enjoy a stable work environment with opportunities for pay raises based on skills acquired and cross-training.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fayetteville, Georgia.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $34.00/hr.
