Handyman Needed for 3-Month Basement Remodel (White Center) (White Center) 114TH ST near 1st Ave compensation: $25 per hour for 6 hours per day + $1000 bonus at the end of the project We're remodeling our basement in White Center and looking for a reliable, skilled handyman to help with the following tasks: Framing interior walls Hanging drywall Painting Installing LVP flooring Installing tile Digging one window well + installing an egress window Light demo (some concrete removal) Details: Start date: July 7 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day Duration: Approximately 3 months Pay: $25 per hour Location: White Center, near Seattle Plumbing and electrical will be handled by licensed pros We're looking for one person to take this on full time.
