Commercial Project Manager - Education, Senior Living & Industrial

A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This firm specializes in K-12 schools, higher education facilities, senior living communities, and light industrial projects, and is known for delivering complex, high-quality builds on time and within budget.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication

Lead project meetings and ensure timely coordination between field and office teams

Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards

Foster relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Proven track record managing projects in K-12, higher ed, senior living, or industrial sectors

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
