Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support retail renovation projects. This role involves managing 4-8 construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are of high quality, delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients/owners, oversee project budgets and schedules, select and manage subcontractors, and work with superintendents to manage day-to-day project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, owners, and the internal team.
  • Oversee project budgets and schedules.
  • Select and manage subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with superintendents to oversee daily project operations.
Essential Skills
  • Proven project management skills in commercial construction.
  • Expertise in construction management and project coordination.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and project planning.
  • Experience in commercial renovations and quick turnaround projects.
  • Knowledge of construction documents, change orders, and RFIs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Strong experience in selecting and managing subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with interior and commercial renovations.
Work Environment

The Project Manager will work both in the office and on-site as required. After 90 days, a flexible hybrid schedule is available, allowing remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.29 - $62.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
