develop accurate electrical estimates that meet project deadlines and

company targets. - Read blueprints, review bid documents, and identify

discrepancies in project specifications. - Take on a variety of bids,

including design-build, design-assist, and plans/specifications. -

Attend pre-bid meetings and visit job sites to gather critical details

for your estimates. - Engage directly with clients during bid-walks and

conference calls. - Use industry tools like Bluebeam and ConEst to

prepare accurate take-offs and scope calculations. - Play a key role in

project turnover and scope review meetings that set up our team for

success. - Maintain organized documentation for estimates, including

supplier pricing and digital files. - Provide support to field teams,

ensuring seamless project execution. - Assist in project management

tasks such as buyouts, submittals, and maintaining Procore

documentation. - Collaborate across departments to contribute to a
