DEMOLITION FOREMAN ($32-$40/HR) (Vancouver)

Division 2 Contracting (D2C) is seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman in Vancouver region. Division 2 Contracting is a growing commercial Demolition company, with projects throughout Metro Vancouver. Division 2 Contracting is COR certified, with a focus on health and safety.

**Minimum 2 years of demolition supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Have a strong applied understanding of the Corporate Health and Safety Program
- Achieve deadlines, resolve problems and ensure that project scopes are completed on time and on budget.
- Supervise all work crews on site, including sub-trades.
- Communicate project progress to project manager as required.

Skills:
- Ability to take demolition projects from start to end
- Supervise staff
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Ability to create proper safe work procedures and practices
- Ability to coordinate disposal and rentals
- Manage health and safety standards
- Guide operation of heavy equipment
- Ensure compliance with demolition project deadline
- Follow health and safety procedures in construction
- Coordinate construction activities
- Evaluate employees work
- Complete all required safety documentation
- Ability to operate demolition tools and equipment
