Job Description Develop and prepare accurate conceptual and detailed estimates across multiple stages of design Analyze project documents, drawings, and specifications to assess scope and risks Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide value-driven solutions Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Create and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and historical records Participate in preconstruction meetings and client presentations Ensure all estimates align with the firm's commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
