Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret structural plans and steel fabrication shop drawings.
• Review and plans raw materials, equipment, tools, labor and transportation required for execution of the project.
• Helps determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints.
• Oversees and coordinates flow/progress of Company’s in-process fabrication projects.
• Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project specifications, costs, and scheduling.

Skills/Requirements:

• Position requires a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the industry
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans & specifications.
• Prior experience with sales, cost-estimating and/or project management, structural steel or misc. metal fabrication/installation
