Job Responsibilities:
Read and interpret structural plans and steel fabrication shop drawings.
Review and plans raw materials, equipment, tools, labor and transportation required for execution of the project.
Helps determine necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints.
Oversees and coordinates flow/progress of Company's in-process fabrication projects.
Communicates directly with contractors/designers concerning project specifications, costs, and scheduling.
Skills/Requirements:
Position requires a minimum of 3+ years' experience in the industry
Experience reading and interpreting construction plans & specifications.
Prior experience with sales, cost-estimating and/or project management, structural steel or misc. metal fabrication/installation
