Perform Duties such as drive and operate tractors for planting crops and grains such as alfalfa, oats and corn for
cattle feed. Workers will drive tractors and operate designated equipment to cut/ rake/bale forage for the animals.
All bales will have to move back to the ranch for the winter months. They will feed cow /calf pairs. In the spring
arrives the livestock herd will be vaccinated, calves will be branded and cow /calf pairs will be moved to the
pastures for the summer months. Weekly route will be done to check each pasture and deliver minerals and feed
supplements. Maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings, structures and grounds. Strong fencing background. Must be
able to work independently after given instructions and be able to tolerate heat conditions. Fence will need to be fixed and gates and corrals will need to maintained.
Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls of the operation only.
NO TEXTING. No smoking in equipment, vehicles, fields or housing units. Drinking of alcoholic beverages is
prohibited during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level required.
Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized feeder wagons with
weight scale and monitors for feeding cattle.
Cattle experience is necessary.
In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange
