Concrete Finisher**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled concrete finisher to support commercial projects, primarily focusing on multi-family units and warehouses. As a full-service concrete contractor specializing in new construction and tilt-up projects, we offer a dynamic work environment with a crew of 70 field employees.

**Responsibilities**
+ Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power trowels.
+ Set and align forms, screeds, and edge molds to specified grades and contours.
+ Mix, pour, and spread concrete efficiently to meet job site requirements.
+ Apply curing compounds, sealants, and hardeners as needed for surface protection.
+ Create decorative surfaces using stamping, staining, or exposed aggregate techniques.
+ Interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and survey markers for accurate placement.
+ Ensure proper jointing and edging for concrete slabs and flatwork.
+ Operate saws and other tools to cut expansion joints and remove imperfections.
+ Maintain tools and equipment, keeping them clean and ready for daily use.
+ Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols during concrete operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Concrete finishing and polishing.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
+ Experience in grinding, sanding, and finishing.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of experience in concrete finishing, preferably in commercial or heavy civil construction.
+ Strong knowledge of concrete tools, finishing techniques, curing processes, and surface treatments.
+ Familiarity with setting forms and placing rebar.
+ Excellent attention to detail and finish consistency.
+ Dependability and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
