**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team for a renovation and expansion project in St. Mary's, PA. Safety is a top priority on this assignment, and we are committed to maintaining a secure working environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

+ Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.

+ Assemble and install framework, including subflooring and walls.

+ Install windows, doors, and other fixtures.

+ Ensure structural integrity and adherence to building codes.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Carpentry experience

+ Reliable transportation

+ Ability to lift heavy materials, up to 50 pounds

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints

+ Skill in measuring and cutting materials

+ Basic knowledge of carpenter tools

+ Ability to figure angles, level, and square forms

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
