Job: **Industrial Machine Operator**
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift positions available!!
Pay: $20-$24/hr based on interview, experience and shift
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Machine Operation: Operating a variety of fabrication machines such as press brakes, lathes, mills, and punch presses.
+ Setup and Adjustment: Setting up machines according to production specifications and making adjustments as needed.
+ Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for conformance to specifications and making adjustments as needed.
+ Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control.
+ Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance activities such as die sharpening and shimming.
+ Safety: Following all safety rules and protocols.
+ Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
+ Inventory: Assisting with inventory management and tracking material usage.
+ Collaboration: Collaborating with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr.
