+ **Build Relationships** : Work closely with suppliers to manage NPI, sustainment (SCRs), and component end-of-life (EOL) activities.

**What You Bring:**

+ **Education** : Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

+ **Experience** : 5+ years of progressive experience in product and technology development, with a proven track record of delivering results.
