Our team delivers a wide range of diverse commercial projectsfrom ground-up developments to complex renovationswhile maintaining a family-like culture where collaboration, respect, and work-life balance are at the forefront.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5-10 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
Solid track record estimating diverse commercial projects (such as schools, churches, and hospitality).
Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
Leadership capabilities to manage preconstruction processes and support the growth of our estimating team.
Someone who is good with clients, and can handle leading meetings & be a main contact
Experience handling take-off's, pricing, heading up full blown estimating responsibilities
Managing bid processes and preconstruction schedules across multiple projects
