SUMMARY
Perform janitorial level cleaning and lead cleaning services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Empty trash cans, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture and equipment.
- Restock supplies, including but not limited to paper towels, sanitary items, and hand soap.
- Clean, sweep down, and sanitize training facilities.
- Power scrub the concrete range floor using a wet machine.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience in janitorial or laborer functions.
- Any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience in one or more of the building trades.

- Must be a United States citizen (no dual citizenship).
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 10%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state drivers license and be insurable on the companys automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed outdoors but may also be performed in a maintenance facility as well as in outdoor military training areas. Work is often performed in adverse conditions including inclement weather such as high humidity, heat, cold, high wind, rain, and various local conditions. Employee may be exposed to sharp objects and may be exposed to some heat, loud noise, chemicals, lead and vibration. Katmai strictly adheres to the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA) regulations. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory if applicable. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for handling, to work with such hand tools. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Pay range: $19.81 per hour.
- H&W: $4.93
