General Day Laborer
**Job Summary:**
Adecco is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a temporary assignment with our client, White Rose Interior Inc., located in the Historic District of Manassas, VA. This role involves a variety of manual labor tasks supporting job site preparation and cleanup. Ideal candidates will be physically capable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Load and unload materials and equipment.
+ Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal and sweeping.
+ Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
+ Move tools, equipment, and other materials around the job site.
+ Follow all site safety procedures and rules.
+ Perform basic construction or demolition tasks as assigned.
+ Operate basic hand or power tools (training provided if necessary).
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
+ Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
+ Prior labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
+ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
