Landscape Construction Foreman/Lead

We are a well-established high-end residential landscaping company based in Bend, Oregon with about 15-20 employees. Currently, we have a position open for an experienced landscape construction/installation foreman or lead. The position is full time, 40-50 hours per week, during the season (Mar-Dec). Were looking for someone with 3+ years in residential landscape construction, who is ready to take on a leadership role with our crew.

Desired Experience & Job Duties:
- Experience with a variety of landscape components including irrigation, planting, hardscapes, and grading.
- Interpret plans. Schedule and prioritize work.
- Work with clients to ensure a high level of quality and satisfaction.
- Operate heavy equipment (mini excavator, skid steer) and drive trucks and trailers.
- Supervise and motivate members of your team to complete high quality work.
- Good working attitude, communication skills, and leadership abilities.
