General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to assist with concrete production. This position involves setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces using tools such as trowels. The role includes operating equipment such as hand tools, power equipment, and machinery following proper training. Additionally, maintaining a safe and clean workspace by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and organizing the work area is essential. The ideal candidate will follow instructions and meet production goals under the direction of supervisors, while maintaining quality standards. Teamwork and collaboration are key, as the General Laborer will work as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in setting up forms and pouring concrete.
+ Finish concrete surfaces using tools like trowels.
+ Operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery as trained.
+ Maintain a safe and clean workspace by following safety protocols.
+ Organize the work area and maintain equipment.
+ Follow instructions and meet production goals.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in general labor, production, and construction.
+ Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
+ Knowledge of concrete production and carpentry.
+ Ability to perform loading tasks and use tape measures.
+ Experience with saw cut and saw operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in Spanish or bilingual abilities.
+ Physical strength to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Basic math skills for understanding measurements and using tape measures.
+ Awareness of potential hazards and adherence to safety procedures.
+ Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
