Skilled Carpenter/Foreman Wanted

We're John Fuchs Construction and we're a residential construction company seeking a reliable and experienced carpenter/foreman. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities on job sites.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans
- Experience with framing, trim, and finish work
- Capable of managing small crews and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand and power tools

Full-time. Normal hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. We work on projects throughout Santa Cruz County but primarily in Aptos. Competitive pay based on experience.
