What Youll Do:

Assist with surface prep (sanding, caulking, masking)

Apply paint and coatings with rollers, brushes, or sprayers

Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe

Follow crew instructions and safety protocols

Participate in hands-on training and development

What Were Looking For:

Dependable and punctual

Able to follow directions and work well with a team

Comfortable working at heights and in various conditions

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred

Physically able to lift 75 lbs and handle repetitive motion
