Who Were Looking For:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Technician to support our catheter and micro-sensor assembly operations. This role is essential to maintaining and improving the performance of our production equipment and supporting the manufacturing engineering team. About the Role:
- Provide support in maintaining manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic systems, fixtures and tooling, drills, label printers, catheter inkjet printers, crimpers, and other production equipment.
- Execute calibration procedures and ensure timely completion of all calibration verifications, with proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, document their completion, perform preventive maintenance, and document all work according to schedule.
- Assist and collaborate with Engineering and fellow technicians on fixture qualifications for new/existing equipment as required, including collection of data, and supporting design of new equipment or equipment modifications.
- Perform testing and calibration of sensors and catheters.
- Solder PCBs for both finished goods and test equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in e lectronics, e lectrical e ngineering t echnology, m echatronics, or a related technical discipline - or equivalent military training , certifications , or collegiate coursework.
- 2+ years of experience as an e lectro- m echanical or e lectronics t echnician .
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment and soldering tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with programmable controllers, embedded systems, or automated equipment is a plus.
- Proficien cy in Microsoft Office 365 or other software for documentation and reporting.
