Electrical Project Engineer
**Industry** : Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction
**Location** : Remote or Relocation (Southeast U.S. preferred)
**Travel** : Frequent travel to project sites in GA and NC (fully paid); per diem for food and lodging (MonFri travel, home on weekends)
**Compensation** : $85,000 $110,000 base + bonus potential
**Employment Type** : Full-Time
**Reports To** : Project Manager / Engineering Manager
**Interview Process** :
+ 2 rounds via Microsoft Teams
+ Final round may be virtual or onsite
+ Drug test and background check required
+ Recruiter screening required prior to submission
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
+ Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience
+ PE license or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
+ 37 years of experience in heavy/civil construction projects
+ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project)
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Experience** :
+ Public infrastructure (DOT, municipal, federal)
+ LEED/sustainable design familiarity
