Your Role
As a Marine Aluminum Welder & Fabricator, you will work alongside shipwrights, welders, and fabricators to build high-performance aluminum hulls and components for vessels ranging from 40 to 50 feet.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble hulls, plating, and superstructures
Construct hardtops, masts, and outfitting components
Assist in building metal foundations, railings, and other structural parts
Operate cranes, chain falls, and other lifting equipment to position components
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

What You Bring:

5+ years of welding and fabrication experience
CWB Certification
Marine industry experience (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in plate fitting and profile forming
Strong blueprint and specification interpretation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
