**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Welder and contribute to the design and manufacturing of a comprehensive line of auxiliary products for the plastics industry and other process industries. Our expansive product line includes size reduction equipment, material conveying equipment, metering and blending devices, mold temperature control units, chillers, and drying systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up welding of parts and components according to specifications, work instructions, and sales order requirements.
+ Operate TIG, MIG, and aluminum welding equipment efficiently.
+ Ensure the form, fit, and function of equipment aligns with design specifications.
+ Read and interpret precision blueprints, specifications, and written instructions accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret precision blueprints and specifications.
+ Experience in setting up and operating TIG, MIG, and aluminum welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior certification in AWS D1.1 is a plus.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
