Maintenance Electrician Location: Washington, Tyne and Wear Type: Temporary ongoing Pay: 19.00/hr PAYE - 25.00/hr Umbrella We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to cover an ongoing temporary role in the Washington area on a large facility providing general electrical maintenance. Monday to Friday days, 40 hours per week. Paying 19.00/hr PAYE - 25.00/hr Umbrella. Duties & Responsibilities Completing building services / electrical maintenance To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service Mechanical and fabric tasks where required Compliance checks Skills & Background Required Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3 18th edition Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records Familiar with Facilities Management Sector May be required to clear a security check If you are interested in applying for this role please click the APPLY button now.
