We're hiring a skilled **Production Assembler/Welder** to build custom-engineered components using MIG welding, mechanical assembly, and electrical wiring. This hands-on role requires reading blueprints, using hand tools, operating cranes, and ensuring high-quality standards.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (welding certification preferred)
+ 2+ years MIG welding experience (35 years in custom shop preferred)
+ Ability to read blueprints and 3D schematics
+ Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
**Physical Demands:**
+ Stand up to 10 hours/day
+ Lift up to 50 lbs
+ Frequent use of hands; occasional bending, kneeling, reaching
