Preventative Maintenance Mechanic

Kelly, in partnership with a global company, is looking for a PM Mechanic in Baycity, TX!

Our client is offering a sign on bonus of $6,000 and up to a $10,000 bonus each year!

Details:

• Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday Thursday
  
• Pay: $25.50 $29.50 per hour

Job Description:

• Responsibility to complete plan maintenance, change oil, filter and inspections of equipment;
  
• Duties will be performed under supervision by foreman for providing assistance in the repairing, rebuilding and servicing of heavy equipment and lift truck equipment in-accordance with recommendations and specifications;
  
• Repair automobiles, trucks, heavy equipment, forklifts, front-end loaders, generators;
  
• Assists in diagnosing malfunctions, failures and other problems, and in evaluating worn and used parts;
  
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance
  
• Manage cleanliness and washing of vehicles;
  
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components;
  
• Perform quality inspections;
  
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment;
  
• Respect compliance to safety procedures and wear PPE accordingly;
  
• Basic knowledge of the 5S, a workplace organization method which describes how to organize a workspace for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity
