Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and support the growth of our exterior envelope services across the Mid-Atlantic region. As an integral member of our team, youll play a key role in estimating and bidding on commercial exterior envelope projects involving various materials such as fiber cement, phenolic panels, nichiha, metal siding, metal panels, EIFS, air and weather barriers, thin brick and stone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work

- Perform quantity takeoffs utilizing estimating software (Planswift)

- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals

- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors

- Work with vendors and suppliers to gather material pricing and availability

- Develop cost-effective solutions to meet project requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and new materials in the exterior cladding industry

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in estimating projects involving one or more of the above listed exterior cladding materials

- Strong knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic region's construction industry

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
