Location: Kaukauna, Wisconsin
Pay: $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience

AtWork Appleton is hiring reliable Industrial Painters for an industrial finishing facility in Kaukauna. This temp-to-hire role offers full-time work on 1st or 2nd shift with long-term potential. Ideal candidates have experience applying industrial coatings using airless spray systems and prepping large steel or metal parts to customer specs.

Shift Options:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6: 00 AM 2: 00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2: 00 PM 12: 00 AM

What You Will Do:
-Apply coatings like zinc, epoxy, and urethane using airless spray systems
-Prep surfaces by cleaning, inspecting, and masking
-Check paint thickness using wet mil gauges
-Mix paints accurately and maintain batch records
-Hang or set up parts with lifting equipment or forklifts
-Inspect surfaces for quality and coverage
-Maintain equipment and properly dispose of paint waste
-Keep paint area clean and stocked
-Cross-train in blasting, material handling, or quality control
-Track time and complete job documentation
-Follow safety protocols and wear PPE, including respirators
-Attend training and company meetings

What We Are Looking For:
-Industrial wet painting experience preferred
-Experience with airless paint systems preferred
-Basic blueprint reading skills a plus
-Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
-Strong attention to safety and quality
-Team player willing to work overtime as needed
-Must pass respirator fit test
-Valid driver s license preferred
