Welder and Fitter**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Welder and Fitter, where you will be responsible for welding components used in buildings and construction areas. You will perform Flux core .045 and MIG welding, utilizing blueprints and quality tools. You will collaborate closely with architects to ensure their specifications are met, and you will receive training from our most experienced workers. This position involves heavy steel welding.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform Flux core .045 and MIG welding for construction components.
+ Utilize blueprints and quality tools effectively.
+ Collaborate closely with architects to understand and meet their requirements.
+ Engage in heavy steel welding tasks.
+ Receive training from experienced team members.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in flux core welding and MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience in structural steel welding.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding or MIG welding.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural steel work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in Tig and stainless steel welding.
+ Fabrication and fitting skills.
+ Prior work experience in similar industries such as Ace Iron & Steel, UMI, Wisconsin steel tube, or Super Steel.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
