Welder**
**Job Description**
The Welder role involves performing MIG welding tasks, with a focus on heavier products requiring substantial lifting. While training is provided for entry-level candidates, there is no requirement for setting up welds. Additionally, you will assist with running fabrication equipment when necessary.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on heavier products.
+ Assist with running fabrication equipment as needed.
+ Engage in fixture welding, fabrication, layout welding, and fitting tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of recent MIG welding experience or a 2-year degree.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Own welding equipment.
