This is a full-time on-site role for a Welder at TEI. The Welder will be responsible for Flux Core welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. The Welder will also work with materials, interpret blueprints, and ensure that welded parts meet the client's specifications.
Must pass 2/3/4G Flux core plate tests (1/2" Plate, .052 wire with a back up bar) must also pass 5F (pipe to plate) Flux core.
Passing either GTAW or GMAW required.
2/3/4G GTAW (1/2" plate, 1/8" wire-open root)
2/3G GMAW (1/2" plate, .035 solid wire-open root)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of materials used in welding processes
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with ASME Code welding is a plus
