Welder**
**Job Description**
As a CBX Cutter/Welder, you will work in a dynamic production facility to create products that adhere to strict quality standards. You will be responsible for measuring, tacking, and welding various parts according to specifications, as well as grinding and repairing worn surfaces for new part installations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work in a fast-paced production facility and produce a product that meets quality standards.
+ Tac, measure, and weld a variety of parts according to specifications.
+ Remove old welds with a plasma cutter or arc gouger to replace worn parts.
+ Grind and repair worn surfaces for installation of new parts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to pass a weld test in 2G position for SMAW, GMAW, and GMAW-S.
+ Proficiency in reading basic precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Capability to use arc gouger and plasma cutter.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and grinders.
+ Ability to follow work instructions in English.
+ Capability to lift 70lbs daily.
**Work Environment**
This role is set in a warm manufacturing environment with around 10 current production employees. Be prepared for heavy and dirty work conditions. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
