**Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:**

POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a Drafter to work in the Power Delivery Overhead Line Department in our Northeast offices Mount Laurel, NJ, Syracuse, NY and Freeport, ME. The position entails drafting and design opportunities on overhead power line projects that include plan and profile, structure, foundation, and other miscellaneous construction drawings.

**Required Education/Experience:**

+ Associate's degree in drafting (or equivalent technical degree)

+ AutoCAD 2016-2025 experience

+ Must be flexible to changes in work assignments as changes occur in project needs

+ Willing and able to self-check own work for completeness and accuracy

+ The candidate must have a strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills in order to work effectively with other team members

**Desired Education/Experience:**

+ 3+ years drafting experience with AutoCAD

+ Experience with Microstation is a plus

+ Good background in mathematics

+ Experience working with scales

+ Working knowledge of survey coordinate systems a plus

Base Salary Range: $47,000-$60,000
