Job Description:

This position combines precision metal fabrication with quality assurance and training responsibilities. Location: Minneapolis, MN

Wage: $30 - $33/hr., depending on experience

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Occasional overtime on rare Saturdays

Duties of the CNC fabricator / quality specialist:

Operate CNC-driven equipment to manufacture components

Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures for precise inspection

Perform shop math for accurate production

Bend and form metal parts to meet blueprints/specs

Document and improve fabrication and inspection processes

Oversee quality assurance throughout production

Train new team members and support skill development

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements of the CNC fabricator / quality specialist:

5+ years of experience in construction or metal manufacturing

Experience writing or improving work processes

Strong understanding of blueprints and measuring tools

Solid, consistent work history

Ability to pass a tape measure test during interview

Pass a national background check
