Description

- Project is at Dulles Airport, Scope includes multiple current and upcoming projects. Running projects on their own, could be bathroom upgrades, new baggage claim facilities, or terminal upgrades. Would be in charge of overseeing permitting, change orders, and updates Running meeting with clients on project progress, needs to have clear and concise communicationWorking with Atkins team and Clients team to develop schedules, daily logs and all reportsWould be overseeing construction, design, procurement, schedule and financial managementWorking with the Clients software and data base to update project progress in systemsNeeds to know how to manage vendors, sub contractors, and General ContractorsStrong Verbal and Writing skills for reports and presentationsReviewing documents from GC before sending to Client

Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, andstrong decision-making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentationskills.Must possess a thorough understanding of Project Management, Building Design &Construction, Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Building Cost Modeling and RiskAnalysis.Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of workincluding Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite,and Microsoft Project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $155000.00/hr.
