Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator position include: Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy civil construction estimating Experience with MassDOT, site work, drainage, water/sewer, and heavy earthwork projects Proficiency in Excel, Bid2Win, Trimble, Procore, and ability to read AutoCAD blueprints Review and analyze project drawings and specifications Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for projects ranging from $1M to $40M Collaborate with the team to finalize and present estimates Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment Play a key role in transitioning leadership as the current Lead Estimator retires Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
