Job Description
Haley-Greer Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in curtain wall systems, structural glass and commercial glazing. The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule adherence. The Senior PM will manage cross-functional teams and serve as the key liaison between clients, architects, contractors and internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple curtain wall/glazing projects from pre-construction to closeout.
Collaborate with design teams to review shop drawings, submittals and architectural plans.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, change orders and cost controls.
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, production, installation) to ensure timely project execution.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers and field operations to ensure high-quality and safe installations.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, GC/CMs, architects and consultants.
Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, quality control and safety compliance.
Resolve project-related issues, RFIs and conflicts promptly, effectively and professionally.
Forecast and mitigate project risks to avoid cost overruns or delays.
Ensure projects meet all contractual and code compliance requirements.
Mentor and lead junior project management staff as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in curtain wall, glass, glazing or facade systems (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized facades and aluminum/glass fabrication processes.
Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar commercial projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., Procore).
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
