About the Role:

Position: Construction Manager - MEP/Electrical

Location: Manassas, VA

Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in general contracting and electrical infrastructure to support a mission-critical data center project. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing large-scale commercial or industrial builds who can work independently on fast-paced construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple trades, especially electrical and MEP.
• Act as the key point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead site meetings, track deliverables, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external teams including design, engineering, and commissioning.
• Manage construction timelines, resolve field issues proactively, and support procurement and logistics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management , preferably with General Contractors or in mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems , MEP coordination, and field execution.
• Prior experience with data center or large-scale commercial construction is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
• Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), or equivalent experience in electrical trades.
• PMI or PMP certification is a plus.

Salary Range: $ 180000 - 187000 AnnuallyFactors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
