Senior Project Manager (Data Vault / CyberVault / AirGap Projects)

Job Summary:

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Vault / CyberVault / AirGap projects, ensuring engineering solutions are validated and business workflows are supported. Collaborate with technical teams and multiple solution providers for optimal implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate program objectives into actionable project plans with engineering validation milestones.
• Coordinate technical solution design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops between engineering teams, business users, and solution providers to ensure workflows align with recovery objectives.
• Oversee proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot testing phases, ensuring test criteria are met.
• Track multi-vendor dependencies and coordinate solution integration.
• Report progress, risks, and solution design changes to program leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5 8 years in IT project management with exposure to backup, DR, or infrastructure solutions.
• Experience coordinating engineering validations and cross-team solution design sessions.
• Familiarity with immutable backup, airgap, and ransomware recovery workflows.
• Strong vendor coordination and business workflow management skills.
