**Your Impact**

In this pivotal role, you will drive the structural design and engineering solutions that keep cutting-edge aircraft mission-ready. Working on complex Special Missions and Aftermarket modifications, your expertise will directly shape aircraft performance, safety, and mission capability.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Investigate design-build challenges and engineer structural and instrumentation installation solutions

+ Author and implement timely temporary engineering resolutions

+ Disposition aircraft non-conformances with precise rework instructions (MRB)

+ Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve design and build issues

+ Design and coordinate Flight Test engineering change requests

+ Develop structural special instructions or restrictions

+ Design and release Special Missions Engineering structural and systems installations

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering (or related) from an accredited institution

+ **15+ years industry experience** with a strong record in Special Missions or Aftermarket modifications (required)

+ **6,000+ hours CATIA V5** (Assembly Design, Part Design, Aerospace Sheetmetal, Tubing Design, Kinematics, Electrical Harness Routing a plus)

+ Recent, proven expertise with **2D drawings** (required)

+ Experience with **munitions integrations** (asset)

+ Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM familiarity (plus)

+ Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills

+ Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

**Pay Details:** $116.57 per hour
