Labor Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Labor Foreman will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of laborers to ensure successful project completion. Working from Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with Sundays optional, this position offers flexibility to work up to 90 hours per week. The foreman will manage a designated section of the building, focusing on cleaning, maintenance, and the execution of labor projects. Reporting directly to the Project Foreman, the role requires effective planning, organization, and supervision of labor employees, subcontractors, and vendors, while maintaining schedule delivery, quality of work, project budget, and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and supervise a team of 8-15 laborers to complete assigned tasks.
+ Plan, organize, and execute labor projects and assignments.
+ Coordinate work with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
+ Ensure quality of work performed while adhering to project budgets and safety regulations.
+ Report directly to the Project Foreman.
+ Maintain and clean designated sections of the building.
+ Manage schedule delivery and project timelines.
**Essential Skills**
+ 7+ years of experience in commercial construction.
+ 5+ years of leadership experience at a foreman level.
+ Proficiency in performing general construction labor.
+ Experience with carpentry, hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading.
+ Familiarity with Procore software.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ OSHA 30 certification.
+ Ability to manage up to 15 laborers on site.
+ Capability to operate equipment and perform carpentry as needed.
+ Adherence to company health and safety standards.
+ Ability to collaborate with the project team for scheduling and sequencing of work.
+ Task delegation skills while working alongside the team.
