Carpenter / Framer - JEDI Construction- Durango, CO (surrounding area)
Job Description:
JEDI Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. We are a growing construction company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects in the Durango, CO area. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
Perform general framing tasks, including but not limited to, wall framing, floor joists, and roof trusses.
Execute precise trim work, such as installing baseboards, crown molding, and window casings.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in general framing and trim work.
Proficiency with hand and power tools common to the carpentry trade.
Must own and provide your own tools.
Must carry your own liability and/or workers' compensation insurance.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.

Compensation:
$25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
