Heres what youll do: Learn and apply traditional timber framing techniques, crafting components for high-end custom homes. Enjoy a workshop environment in Troy, Montana, with occasional travel to installation sites in the Northwest. Work collaboratively with a supportive team. What were looking for: A dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. The ability to perform repetitive lifting, up to 100 lbs. Strong mathematical skills (a plus!). Previous carpentry or construction experience is a plus. Compensation: $18 $24 per hour depending on your skill level and experience.
