Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Woodworker/Millwright to join a well-established local wood manufacturing company that specializes in reclaimed wood products. Position Summary: As a Woodworker/Millwright, you will be a key part of the production team, taking reclaimed wood and transforming it into finished products such as siding, trim, molding, door frames, and custom cabinets. This role requires hands-on experience and a solid understanding of millwork machinery and woodworking processes. Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up woodworking machinery, including molders and band saws Process reclaimed wood into finished products (primarily siding and trim) Perform precise millwork operations throughout the day Read and interpret work orders and measurements Assist with the creation of custom cabinets, doors, and specialty woodwork Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety guidelines and shop procedures at all times Products You'll Help Create: Siding & Trim (high-volume production) Molding & Door Frames Custom Cabinets & Doors Other specialty reclaimed wood items Qualifications: Previous experience in wood manufacturing, millwork, or cabinetry is REQUIRED Proficiency with molder setup and operation Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and safe operation practices Attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Team-oriented, dependable, and quality-focused Why Work With Us?
