Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to assist with physical duties involved in a property renovation. This position will be seasonal full-time to start but have the opportunity to become regular full-time.

Responsibilities

Clearing/cleaning site in preparation for renovation work

Loading/unloading materials

Perform basic handyman tasks

Follow safety practices to minimize risk of injury/damage.

Experience

Previous construction industry experience preferred

Skills & Abilities

Be able to perform physically strenuous tasks in varied environmental conditions.

Ability to lift/carry items sometimes exceeding 50lbs

Be punctual and reliable with attendance

Able to take direction and follow instructions
