Lead Commercial Electrician

Powered Up is growing fast and we are looking for driven and skilled commercial electricians who want to grow with us!

This position will oversee the completion of electrical projects for commercial new builds, remodels, and service calls.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Leading the installation, assembly and wiring of electrical systems (rough-in and finish)
• Installing fixtures, alarms, outlets and switches
• Ensuring quality of work done by other team members
• Operating power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment
• Overseeing and ensuring jobsite cleanliness and safety
• Supervise and train other employees in installation of commercial electrical system and components

• Minimum 3 years electrical experience
• Strong ability to lead others
• Strong ability to direct and delegate in high pressure situations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other trade laborers
• Knowledge of electrical code, wiring of electrical systems and components
• Strong attention to detail
