Concrete Technician

Concrete Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Technician who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic production environment. While one year of experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, have experience with hand tools, power tools, and compressed air tools, and demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and work independently at times. A good attendance record and a passion for safety are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Responsibilities Read and interpret tape measures and blueprints to ensure precise concrete placement. Perform carpentry and woodwork tasks as required. Place and finish concrete, tie rebar, and set forms. Pour concrete and operate stingers/vibrators. Engage in manual labor and physical work as part of daily duties. Essential Skills Experience with concrete forms and finishing techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and compressed air tools. Ability to read tape measures and blueprints accurately. Understanding of rebar placement and form setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Carpentry and woodwork skills are advantageous. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
