Property Management with large rental portfolio looking for Handy Man/ Maintenance Techs for maintenance repairs and work orders. We are looking for well rounded individuals who can work independently and have transportation to travel to different work sites; and all their own tools. Experience is required and the right candidates will be able to work on carpentry, light plumbing, light drain cleaning, light electrical, exterior repairs, etc...
